Museum housing a major archaeological collection of some 8,000 ceramic, bone and stone objects
Located in the old Villa Rosa Herlinda on Avenida 9 de Octubre, this museum has an important archaeological collection of about 8,000 ceramic, bone and stone objects from the Ecuadorian Pacific coast that belonged to Presley Norton. The visit allows us to discover the evolution of ceramics from the formative period (3900 BC) to the present day. This elegant museum, the most beautiful in the city, also presents the way of life, the relationship with nature and the world view of the ancient inhabitants of this region.
