YOGOURT PERSA

One comes here to taste - without moderation! - yucca flour rolls with cheese, reminiscent of a gougère, with frozen yoghurt made from mixed fresh fruit. A real delight, very refreshing. This chain has now crossed the borders of Ecuador (Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, etc.). The chain also offers a few savory dishes: Yucca bread with bacon, beef or chicken, served in small jars, like the sweet yogurts. Original idea, very reasonable prices. Several addresses in town.
