This place is the product of a dream that Erika Garaicoa had 25 years ago. After 14 years as a flight attendant, an experience that allowed her to be inspired by cuisines from all over the world, she settled in the Zona Rosa and opened this vegetarian restaurant that can be described as gastronomic. The place is charming, a small dead end where it is good to rest, at the exit of the Muegano theatre, and the food is delicious and very healthy. The menu is different every day and very inspired. Special mention for the aubergine escabeche, a delight.
