CIDAP, created in 1975 by an agreement between the Government of Ecuador and the Organization of American States, OAS, is the third oldest institution in the Americas dedicated to the promotion of handicrafts. Here one can appreciate a singular collection of American folk art from the different Indian communities of the Sierra and the Amazon. Techniques of yesterday and today.
