A great option for an economical meal in the heart of Cuenca. This vegetarian restaurant offers almuerzos and an amazing choice of juices and batidos with evocative names: natural viagra, back to life... Also fruit cups and ice creams. The house motto is inspired by Hippocrates: "Let food be your medicine and medicine your food". The place isn't glamorous, but the dishes are well prepared and the ingredients very fresh and often organic. Three other addresses in the city center.

Excellent restau végétarien. Les portions sont énormes et les prix ridicules. Ici, tout est bien organisé: on fait la queue, on commande et l'on paie à la caisse où l'on nous remet un ticket puis l'on va s'assoir. Un serveur récupère le ticket et nous amène les plats. Faites attention seulement de ne pas avoir les yeux plus gros que le ventre.

Les locaux viennent surtout ici pour manger des coupes de glace avec des fruits.
