MUSEO DE CIENCIAS NATURALES HECTOR VASQUEZ

The museum is located in the Simón Bolívar College. Opened in 1920, with only a zoology section, it has since been enriched with various collections (ethnography, petrography, anatomy, photography and archaeology). The visit will be of particular interest to lovers of local fauna, as many naturalized species are presented in naive reconstructions of animal life. Other curiosities include a four-month-old fetus and a female skeleton!
