PAPAGAYO LODGE

Here is a charming house built in the middle of a flowery garden, located on the Pan-American Highway, not far from Machachi. Although a bit far from the entrance of Cotopaxi National Park, this old restored farmhouse is a good base camp. It offers pretty colored rooms with a nice decoration (the price varies according to the category). The setting is bucolic and the atmosphere is cheerful. There is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in a family atmosphere with the other residents. A very good address.
