CAPILLA - CONVENTO DE SAN JUAN EVANGELISTA

Next to this chapel of pure Spanish tradition, dating from the 16th century, is a charming convent. One can rest on the small belvedere (the streets of the district are very sloping) while discovering (and photographing) a part of Quito which is just opposite. In the convent, you can buy elixirs, eye drops, creams to cure liver, back and heart aches, to revive the skin, universal panaceas prepared by the nuns.
