A hotel well located for visits, because located between Mariscal and the city centre, but not many possibilities to leave in the evening around. It is compared to calm and from its terrace with multiple nooks, a beautiful views of Quito. However average reception, the young people from whom we required information (in Spanish) could never what meet. Wi-fi OK, as well as areas of cuisine that we did not try. We had a double room with private bathrooms, which seems to be a good value for money: although no breakfast included, but heating, hot, good bedding and together very clean shower. But we had the room number 5, located in the passage for the terraces (steps right outside our window, which we could therefore never open). Resultado, between guests late bedder and guests early riser, everyone spoke extremely or trampled in front of our window and the hours of real rest were far from numerous during these 4 days. It's a shame that the management is not very present and does not respect covers it fire of 23:00 including writing at the reception and in the rooms.

Just between modern Quito and Quito colonial, it is a very good for " routards" more comfortable dormitories or rooms. The rooms with shared bathrooms are $15, a good price for the area.
Especially the Quito views from the rooftop terrace is magnificent.
