Since 1981 I have traveled all over Latin America in its smallest corners, walking a lot, horseback riding, bus, dugout. I also realized many activities, Villa Colonna Quito is my last creation. I didn't think I would have such a success, but it seems that old traveler I knew how to give a soul to the place and a hospitality learned at the ends of the world that I liked. My team is very young, entirely Ecuadorian and with an enthusiasm that is matched only by their kindness. They are not obsequious but always available to make your stay a happy one. They cook wonderfully, putting their personal touch to the Ecuadorian cuisine and know how to use local products to make them delicious. If you like, you can learn from them how to make exquisite chocolates with a cocoa that is not to be praised anymore. Villa Colonna is not about mass tourism, and if we receive the most illustrious guests, we want to remain in a friendly and sincere hospitality. I retired in the mountains, after a life of adventure I cultivate and live in the simplicity that I love, but at Villa Colonna the team lavishes their talent to share with our customers a simplicity of excellence.
