Le soucis du fait que vous pouvez etre livre est que la sauce du ceviche continue a cuire le poisson et des lors que cela devient vitre trop dur ou trop sec. C'est loin d'etre mauvais mais cela ne sera jamais aussi bon qu'un plat fait minute.
