Notre expérience avec ITK ne fut que positive. De la conception personnalisée du voyage en s'adaptant à notre niveau d'hyperactivité, ce qu'aucune autre agence ne nous offrait, à la vitesse de réponses et à la courtoisie, notre planification a été sans faille et très rassurante.
Une fois sur place nous avons vécu un voyage mémorable et sans anicroche. Notre guide Alex était très connaissant de l'histoire, de la géographie et de la situation politique de l'Équateur et on ne peut plus sympathiques. Les hotels, malgré le prix peu élevé payé, étaient tous très propres, comfortables, le staff courtois, et la bouffe délicieuse.
Le téléphone cellulaire fourni nous permet de ne pas avoir de craintes, Laetitia étant au bout du fil à toute heure.
Nous remercions chaudement Antoine et Laetitia pour ce beau voyage et tous les souvenirs.

We left with ITK in August 2014 destination Ecuador Amazonia Galapagos for 3 weeks.
ITK was the only agency to offer an auto-tour us (we like to discover the countries in our rhythm and by us same). We fié them and were not disappointed.
The stay totally satisfied us as well on the discovery of the country and on the organisation with ITK who managed to meet our expectations by providing a tour to us closest to our wishes. Knowledge that Laetitia and Antoine have this beautiful country is a real plus because that allows you to go off the beaten track.
If we must return to Ecuador we would leave without hesitation with ITK because we were fully satisfied with the service (choice of accommodation, management transfers, personal welcome of Laetitia and Antoine; accompaniment on behalf of Laetitia throughout our auto-tour which secured us and which was super responsive and efficient for a change of plan of last minute in Galapagos).

Tout était parfaitement organisé. L’hôtellerie surprenante et originale avec un service sur mesure et des gens adorables. Les guides et les chauffeurs qui travaillent avec ITK nous ont fait découvrir et partager leur archipel, avec bonne humeur, intéressés à nous connaître .
Notre seul regret est que comme nous ne sommes pas passés par Quito nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer Antoine et de le remercier de vive voix.
