CAMINO MAYA

It was the first Honduran hotel to be established in Copán in 1964. The rooms are spread around a flowered patio and well maintained. All rooms (rather large) are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning or a fan, cable TV and telephone. Pleasant balcony. Full breakfast and meals (Elisa's coffee). The hotel also has a recreation centre on the edge of the Río River, equipped with a swimming pool and discotheque. It is a bit expensive for the proposed service, but the place remains a safe value for many years.
