Located 7 kilometers from the Parque Central de Cobán, this magnificent sanctuary dedicated to orchids is run by the Archila family, whose work to preserve these flowers, emblematic of Guatemala, began in 1976. A one-kilometer trail leads through the large garden and reveals its fascinating biodiversity. You can learn about the medicinal and historical plants of the region.
