A specialist in yoga retreats, with spacious, bright rooms and a restaurant.

Opened in 2005, this establishment is gradually specializing in yoga, qi gong, meditation and reiki retreats. The rooms are clean, spacious and bright. In addition to a breathtaking view of the Atitlan lake and the volcanoes that watch over it, it has a swimming pool, a temazcal - a steam bath of Mayan origin - and offers massages for an additional fee. Lomas de Tzununá also provides kayaks for guests and has a good restaurant with many vegetarian and vegan options.

un hôtel créé il y a plus de 10 ans par Maria Castells Arrosa (uruguayenne mais avant tout citoyenne du monde ! :)) et son mari Thierry (belge et baroudeur ! :)). Ils sont tous les deux engagés auprès de la communauté locale. Ils organisent des concerts ou tout autre évènement pour récolter des fonds pour le village, et en particulier pour apporter des fonds à l’ Asociación para el Desarrollo Educativo y Cultural de Tzununa dans le but de créer un centre communautaire (avec bibliothèque, centre informatique, une salle où les femmes du village pourraient vendre leurs produits).
Quant à l'hôtel: super vue tous les matins sur les volcans, piscine et temazcal pour les fins de journées, apéro en terrasse... que dire de mieux?
