This small coffee shop was opened in March 2021 by the eponymous family finca, located in the department of Santa Rosa. You can taste the fruit of their work, as well as that of other Guatemalan producers, such as the women's cooperative Mujeres Con Esencia a Cafe, based in San Marcos, in the northwest of Xela. In addition to supporting local agriculture, we enjoy ourselves: the drinks are delicious, as well as the few treats offered, ranging from vanilla cookies to chilacayote - siam squash - cheesecake. Very welcoming staff.
