Owner's Message
Jade, the celestial stone of the Maya, has been our passion since 1977. Our ancestors considered jade a symbol of eternal life and love. Today, it is our delight to handcraft this beautiful stone, with a rich and vast cultural background, into beautiful jewels and sculptures.
In 2003 we opened our doors to the Mesoamerican Museum Jade displaying over 70 art pieces that tell the story of the four main Mesoamerican cultures; Mokaya, Olmec, Maya and Aztec. Our museum holds original pieces, as well as perfectly sculpted replicas made by our talented local artisans, that will take you for a journey through our history. A guided tour through the museum is a must if you are visiting Antigua.
From the mountains of Guatemala to your hands, we carefully select our jade to be transformed into beautiful pieces by our local artisans. We invite you to take a piece of Guatemala with you.

Un beau magasin avec de magnifiques pièces de jade pour se faire plaisir ou le plaisir des yeux. Le personnel parlant français est très professionnel. Une visite intéressante du musée avec un guide sur place nous a permis de mieux comprendre cette magnifique pierre.

The jade working class is very fun. Cesar was an excellent teacher and helped me create a beautiful piece.

The "make your own" activity was fantastic. Cesar was GREAT helping us make our own jade bracelet and necklace. Definitely worth the time and money!

Muy bonito lugar, así como las joyas están preciosas y muy detalladas, no es la primera vez que compramos en el lugar, pero la atención del personal de ventas es bastante desagradable, considero que una capacitación al personal podría ayudar de tal forma que se enfoquen en la empatía y no en la intromisión.
