POUSADA COLONIAL

This venerable house takes us back to the colonial past of the city of Penedo. The magic of the place works instantly. The location and the charm of yesteryear are the jewel case of the Pousada Colonial, with as a gift the view on the river. The facade is a bit out of date and could use some work, but the rooms are clean and well kept. If you don't like the typical smell of old buildings and the possible spider webs on the ceiling, look elsewhere. Total of 12 single rooms with air conditioning. Modest breakfast.
