Park where you can observe many animals, one of the best places to enjoy the Arenal volcano

More than 300 hectares to observe the animals. One of the best places to enjoy the Arenal volcano, and have the best view of La Fortuna. Volcano view rooms have private balconies and are very cozy. Restaurant and 11 km of hiking trails open to all (for a fee), museum, spa, swimming pools... Also one of the starting points for Cerro Chato (shorter and easier than from La Fortuna). If you don't stay there, we strongly advise you to come for the day.

Fantastisk plats för naturupplevelse, trevligt bemötande och bra restaurang. Djur och fågelupplevelser i direkt anslutning till rum och restaurang var höjdpunkt, men även nattvandring. Stark rekommendation för den natur intresserade.

We visited just for the trails in the morning, and saw many birds and a great view of the volcano and lake. The place is beautiful and very well maintained.

Lovely location with amazing views of Arenal volcano and great access to lots of trails to watch the birds and nature. The staff were very helpful, the free guided tour was good and very informative great views from the deck over looking the volcano and Arenal lake for sunset. Very good breakfast included, sets you up for your day. The rest of the facilities are very good including the pool and museum. Would definitely recommend if you want to be in nature.

My first impression was that the day pass was overpriced like almost everything in the area, but I spent an entire afternoon wandering around the trails without seeing a single other person. My whole family agreed that it was fantastic, saw plenty of wildlife, waterfalls, and almost the top of the volcano.
Don't go to the other place next door that is trying to rip people off.
