Warm and well maintained refuge, where you can certainly make beautiful encounters in the Parque nacional chirripo

The Albergue Base Crestones refuge is your main, if not only, stopover on your ascent of Cerro Chirripó. In rooms for four people, the beds are basic but you will be so tired that you will not care about your mattress and you will fall asleep very early, wrapped up in your sleeping bag. This refuge is above all a warm and well maintained place where you will certainly meet some nice people.
