In the guesthouse, a hundred meters away, after the language school: 34 US$ for a single room, 34 US$ for a double room, and 40 US$ for 2 persons with separate beds. Breakfast is not included, but you can use the common kitchen. Weekly Spanish courses with accommodation: 215 US$ (hostel), 330 US$ (homestay with a local family with breakfast and dinner), 325 US$ (guesthouse with kitchen).
