Inn founded by Jean-Marie Stœckel, first sommelier of France. Excellent wines and Alsatian gastronomy. A sure value!

"Winstub" comes from the German words "Wein" (wine) and "Stub" (warm room). In the past, this room was the only heated room where people received guests. Today, it is the inn that serves good jugs... The sublime selection of exceptional wines of the Winstub du Sommelier accompanies local specialties lovingly prepared. Created in 1984 by Jean-Marie Stœckel, one of the first sommeliers in France, and taken over by Antje and Patrick Schneider in 1999, this place is a living showcase of Alsatian food and wine pairings. Fancy a sauerkraut and a good glass? Go for it.
