MUSEO DE ARTES DECORATIVOS

The Museum of Decorative Arts of Ciego de Ávila was built between 1928 and 1930, during the great construction boom of the city. A colossal building with candy pink columns, it has housed a beautiful collection of furniture and a plethora of objects from the colonial era for 20 years now (the museum was inaugurated in 2002). At the end of the week, it is not rare that concerts are organized there! A sort of more modern house of culture.
