A l'intérieur de la gare routière, dans la grande salle d'attente, le bureau de la compagnie Viazul, celle qui transporte les touristes étrangers, est située sur la gauche près de la paroi vitrée.
Attention à l''extérieur, le personnel essaye de grapiller un CUC pour mettre les bagages dans le bus.
