SIDDHARTHA HOTEL
This recent establishment is certainly one of the most successful in the city. The rooms have all the modern comforts and the hotel is ideally situated, in a quiet area, close to the temples and close to the city centre. The decoration is a combination of tradition and modernity. References to Angkor and more recent history are cleverly distributed, giving the place a delicious atmosphere. Fred and Fred, two of the owners, will not fail to note that this is the only hotel in Siem Reap where you can see Angkor Wat… And yes, by looking good, we see the highest tower of the temple (if time is clear). A spa is also available (aromatherapy, facial care…) and a beautiful waterfall and overflow in the garden. All the ingredients are therefore gathered to relax after a hard day of sightseeing. The restaurant, located on the terrace, offers a simple and good menu for Khmer and Western cuisine. Excellent value for money, especially as the hotel offers touk-touk for visiting temples in the day and city in the evening.
