Since 1999, this restaurant in the center of Siem Reap is a must for a change from Asian specialties. Succulent steaks from different origins, raclette, sauerkraut, German sausages, fondue from Savoy and imported beers make the happiness of travelers as well as many local customers. The air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant with its Bavarian decor creates an atmosphere that oscillates between a German brasserie, a Swiss chalet and a Lyonnais bouchon. Very careful service and impressive wine list.
