Depending on what's available and in season, Fred concocts tasty local cuisine, with a few good bottles of wine on the menu. Portions are generous. The terrace is pleasant. A friendly, family atmosphere. A rare gem in this remote province, if you feel the call of Western cuisine between two fish amoks.
