The most beautiful panoramic view of Phnom Penh, quite simply. Perched on the 37th floor of the Vattanac Tower, within the Rosewood Hotel, the Sora Sky Bar is one of the most stylish establishments in the city and the whole of Phnom Penh flocks there every weekend. Sora is primarily a whiskey bar, with an impressive selection of scotch. But their bartenders also concoct excellent cocktails. Nice wine list too. Sipping a martini while watching the sunset, with the Khmer capital at your feet, guarantees exceptional memories.
