One of the busiest bars on the quays. Unlike its competitors, Oskar Bistro doesn't have a terrace overlooking the river, but customers flock here for the lively DJ sets, the quality of the cocktails and the cuisine created by Julien Lavigne, a Michelin-starred chef based in Bangkok, and Baptiste Churlaud, the on-site chef. But it's not stuffy at all, and the atmosphere is festive and good-natured: no wonder this bar is favored by the local bourgeoisie and the expatriate community who spend their weekends here.
