Le Deli is a French restaurant that combines culinary pleasure with impeccable service. The menu features traditional dishes such as beef tartare, duck confit with Sarlatan potatoes, grilled salmon, chocolate fondant... But the main reasons for coming here are the mastery of meat cooking, the quality of the sauces and the menu, which includes four starters and six dishes renewed every week. Depending on the week, you'll find suckling pig or veal blanquette, tuna "three ways" or a variety of fish dishes.

Mon premier repas au Cambodge, quel effet de se retrouver en plein décembre dans la chaleur, dans la foule et de se trouver face a des plats venues directement des recettes françaises. Un bob moment original avec des collègues.

Très court séjour à Phnom Penh, mais ce fut un régal que d'y venir dîner ! Nous étions logés non loin de là et le concierge nous a fortement conseillé d'y passer. Merci à Gwenael pour sa qualité de service et bravo à Pierre qui s'est présenté à la fin du repas. Une très bonne cuisine avec du contenu et de bons vins !
