Among Phnom Penh's culinary treasures is Eleven One Kitchen, with its two locations right in the heart of the city, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant's cuisine is a subtle blend of traditional Cambodian flavors and international culinary influences, the flavors achieved without the use of MSG. The varied menu offers a tempting selection of dishes to satisfy every palate. Seafood lovers will appreciate the delicious coconut curry shrimp, while vegetarians can enjoy the balanced flavors of Lok Lak, Cambodia's all-time favorite. And of course, there are also tender and flavorful meat dishes, such as the famous Amok with fish or chicken.
With the customer and his or her well-being at the forefront, Eleven One is dramatically reducing the use of plastic in its restaurants, working with suppliers, staff and customers to raise awareness and promote a zero-plastic policy. By choosing local suppliers, the quality of the food is assured, and the restaurant's open kitchens allow customers to see every stage of food preparation.
To enhance the customer experience, beautiful green spaces in the outdoor area provide a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and create a relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy food, drinks, as well as events, workshops and yoga classes.
