New Year's Eve

On New Year's Eve, December 31, all of the United States is celebrating! In Boston, a festive day is organized to celebrate the passage to the New Year. The festivities begin at noon with First Night Boston, in Copley Square, where people come to attend free performances and concerts. In the evening, at Boston Common, one comes to admire an anthology of ice sculptures that light up as if by magic. But the highlight of the show is of course the fireworks, fired at midnight from boats in the harbor.
