This multicoloured ice cream with its fish-shaped cone is as delicious as it is beautiful! It's a concept that comes straight from Japan. Apart from vanilla, strawberry and the inevitable chocolate, the ice cream comes in unexpected flavours with Asian influences, such as matcha and black sesame. The tip of the cone is filled with anko, a typically Japanese red bean paste. The biscuit, by the way, is as good as ice cream. It's surprising, excellent and, not to spoil anything, beautiful to see.
