In this restaurant, hosted by Audrey Taichman, a popular restaurant in Philly, you can enjoy American cuisine with Asian accents. They eat duck, chicken, fish, but also burgers, including a tuna and a bison. The hotel also has a fine wine list and numerous cocktails. The Chinese chef Kiong Bahn has spent part of his life in Vietnam. The decoration is of European inspiration, as the large windows open onto the street, and bistro style tables. In summer the terrace is particularly pleasant.
