HipCityVeg successfully manages to reconcile fast food and healthy food. At the origin of the concept, Nicole Marquis, the owner, wanted to design a place where you can enjoy yourself while eating healthy and respecting the environment. Thus, burgers, sandwiches and salads are entirely vegan, do not contain GMOs, are made with organic ingredients and are served in recyclable packaging. What is most surprising, when you bite into Ziggy Burger or Philly Steak, is that the flavours are there and the lack of meat is completely forgotten. Milkshakes (made from soy milk) are excellent. There are a few tables inside but, because of fast food, it is quite possible to order to take away.
