The Study at University's lounge restaurant is open to everyone. Simple, tasty, healthy and at fair prices, we eat dishes inspired by the fishing and farming communities of yesteryear. You will enjoy delicious farm chicken on its bed of vegetables, scallops with spaghetti squash caramelized with sage and lemon, or the famous American burger, yes, but with beef fed on pasture. As you will have understood, the emphasis is on healthy and seasonal cuisine based on fresh and local ingredients, for the most delicious dishes! We stop there for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and even, why not, just to have a drink comfortably seated in the lounge behind the bamboo panel.

De passage à Philadelphie, on a pris notre déjeuner dans ce resto. Très bonne cuisine. Un régale pour toute la famille.
