Attached to the Ritz but with its own entrance, this restaurant offers an inventive bistronomic cuisine, and revisited classic dishes. The vast majority of ingredients are produced locally and sold from neighbouring countries. For example, the beef comes from Seven Hills Farm, a family farm in Virginia. Pedro Baroso, the new sous-chef from Portugal, draws inspiration from his many experiences abroad to create modern dishes with international flavours. The restaurant has a long and very pleasant bar to enjoy a cocktail before dinner, and a large sunny terrace. Breakfast and brunch (served on weekends) are also worth a visit, the dishes are tasty and made from organic eggs.
