A real institution for the brunch! The farm to table concept, very fashionable in the United States, is the star of this place, founded by the North Dakota Farming Union, an engaged farmers'association. Most of the dishes are entirely homemade, including bread and pasta that are made on-site. The classics of American breakfast respond to the call: pancake, French toast, waffles, eggs in all their forms, with many options for vegetarians. It is essential to reserve to have a table on the weekend, the restaurant being extremely popular - and therefore noisy, it is the big reproach that we would have to make it.
