A 240-hectare urban park offering a pleasant setting for relaxation, sport and the discovery of Burkina Faso's natural heritage.
The urban park, the only real park in the city, occupies part (240 hectares) of the site of the former Boulogne de Ouagadougou woods. This wood has been taken over by the municipality and offers a pleasant setting for relaxation, sport and also the discovery of Burkina Faso's natural heritage. The park's slogan is "Going into the bush in the heart of Ouagadougou" and its name means "forest where knowledge is welcomed" in Mooré. The guide will be presented to you at the counter. The park is divided into several parts: picnic areas, fitness trails, children's amusement park, botanical garden and zoo (a little outdated).

The zoo at the entrance is not brilliant, it is the least we can say
