This cooperative winery does not lack audacity! The ICE range, sparkling wines based on muscatel to be drunk in summer on ice, the Hopla range which leaves aside the grape varieties to focus on an original experience and tasting or the Moon Hunters range, highlighting the Alsatian grape varieties whose name is inspired by the men who built the cellar in the 1940s. Bestheim also offers crazy wine tourism experiences such as the moon hunters' treasure hunt or a 360° immersion (virtual reality) with the family.

This attractive estate (18 ha) is largely spread over 4 Grands Crus: Marckrain, Mambourg, Mandelberg and Schlossberg. An experienced and rigorous oenologist, Michel Fonné produces wines of exceptional finesse, some of which are aged in foudres and then bottled at the Cave Historique des Hospices de Strasbourg. Michel Fonné welcomes you (preferably by appointment) to his bright, Zen-like tasting cellar, to sample, for example, a Muscat Grand Cru Mackrain (deliciously crisp) awarded 2 stars in the Guide Hachette des Vins!

New and small (3 hectares), this domain (in the process of organic conversion) was created from scratch by Julien Minery, son of a wine cooperator and a young winegrower eager to produce quality wines in the strict respect of nature. He welcomes you in his cellar, which is located in an old garage that has been nicely renovated. During your tasting, you will discover surprising wines, such as the Pinot Gris Mystérieux, the Riesling Grand Cru Mandelberg and the Gewurtztraminer Cuvée Spéciale, with very original labels.

With Mathieu Deiss, the expression " good blood doesn't lie" takes on a vinous dimension! Coming from a long line of Alsatian winemakers, Mathieu is the son of Jean-Michel who manages the superb Domaine Marcel Deiss in Bergheim. In 2003, Mathieu created, with his partner Emmanuelle, the beautifully named Vignoble du Rêveur, certified Ecocert. Applying the rules of biodynamic culture, Mathieu Deiss elaborates surprising wines, resulting from a vinification in amphora and a bottling without filtration, with little or no addition of sulfur.
