In the 1920 s, the local economy was dominated by the presence of three sawmills, which allowed the city to develop. Hence the name of Old Mill District. Several historic buildings have been renovated and are now home to shops or restaurants. Very pleasant area for walking, shopping or eating a piece.

Ici se concentrent quelques enseignes, c'est très bien fait, parking, restaurants, cinémas sur place, on flâne, on fait son shopping, et un grand magasin sport randonnée/nature/escalade est sur place
