When you're told that Downtown is in the midst of a renaissance! Roe, which reopened last year in the beautiful and historic Morgan Building, has a new John Conlin chef this year. Don't look for an à la carte speciality, the menu is necessarily gastronomic, changes frequently and gives pride of place to fish and seafood. A seasonal menu is exclusively dedicated to it. To make your mouth water, lobster is married with cardamom, coriander, smoked grapes, cauliflower purée and grapefruit emulsion, for example.

Lors de notre séjour à Portland, on a mangé chez Roe. Super satisfaist de leur accueil. Très sympa.
