You will consider Middle Eastern cuisine differently after your stay at Tusk. Here the specialities are revisited, lighter, greener, more colourful with Mediterranean flavours and ingredients (dates, pistachios, sumac, feta, tahini, labneh) associated with other more local but just as distinguished. A fine selection of vegetarian dishes. We share mezze at brunch time especially, furiously trendy, or in the evening at dinner. But we advise you to happy-hour so as not to rush each other and enjoy low prices on a few dishes.
