Here is the last restaurant opened in 2018 at the same time as the hotel where it is located: The Hoxton, in the middle of Chinatown. The neighborhood is waking up! It's the last trendy place to go for brunch or dinner. A la carte, a Mexican cuisine revisited in the "northwest" style, with a gourmet touch. We appreciate the graphic and warm design place, the tapas menu to share as appetizing as the more consistent dishes. The menu is really very original, like the beets sautéed in hibiscus, fromage frais, oregano, almond and parmesan, or half-perch (for 2 people) in veracruz sauce, serrano, avocado leaf and chili. An excellent table.
