Ken Gordon dedicated his restaurant to seasoning, this dried meat from the Jewish gastronomy. Before Kenny and Zuke's, there was no proper Deli in Portland. He has thus established his reputation on a traditional, locally produced recipe, where he adds homemade condiments and a touch of good humour. Sandwiches, salads and soups are à la carte all day and offer a good break in the city centre.
