Jake's Famous Bourbon has existed in Portland for more than 110 years. It was recently acquired by the chain McCormicks & Schmicks but did not lose its authenticity. Fish and seafood come from the Pacific and are accomodated with local ingredients. Here you can taste Dungeness crab, Alaska salmon cooked on a Cedar board, and for carnivores, excellent steaks are prepared on the grill. A very reliable address.
