A new Japanese restaurant located in the lively Downtown area near Burnside Bridge, it is very welcoming with its large windows and sunny terrace tables. Ramen and tsukemen are prepared with a seafood and dried seaweed broth, a bouquet of imported ingredients such as umami and yuzu citrus fruits and noodles prepared as in the Afuri mountain region. Yuzu tsukemen is a mixture of soy tsuyu, chashu pork, egg, endives, yuzu citrus fruits, bamboo shoots, shallot, sesame seeds. There are also divine dishes, such as Ika: squid grilled with shiso, white ponzu or Gindara: marinated black cod, beetroot and celeriac purée, broccolini, yakitori, pepper oil, bonito and miso saikyo soup. Each dish makes us travel!

Très bonne adresse japonaise à Portland. Les plats y sont tous aussi goûteux les uns que les autres.
