Here, cooks make a point of doing everything themselves from A to Z. Hence the name Scratch, which means "from scratch" in English. Everything is excellent here, and the staff is adorable. The Rain Lounge restaurant, Rain lounge, offers the best cocktails in Spokane. Happy-hour all day Monday and Tuesday, wine bottles at half price on Wednesday, and -50% on all dishes on the Scratch menu Thursday from 18 am to 22 PM.

Open Monday to Friday from 11am to 10pm, and Saturday from 3pm to 11pm with a bar open to him until 2am. Closed on Sunday. About 15 per dish at US$30.
