This small restaurant in the capital of Guernsey is a well-known address for the locals. Which, to be honest, is always a good sign. L'ambiance est celle d'un restaurant, plus que celle d'un bistro, nappage, service de table, dresse, qui attend le client, service avec des employés en tenue, un peu distants, menu spécial lunch, 3 plats, entrée, plat, dessert, 19 livres, très bon marche, présentation des assiettes soignée. Rapport qualité prix excellent, nourriture goûteuse et copieuse. Attention service non compris, le "patron" veille a ce que celui-ci soit calcule et paye par le client, je ne sais pas ce qui se passe quand des clients, peu habitues a cette pratique, partent sans régler le service, se font-ils rappeler a l'ordre ? En ce qui me concerne,ce fut correctement calcule sur une base de 11 ou 12%, je sortis "tète haute", mais sans les remerciements du boss.
