The Saffy's is hosted by Douglas Smith, who has been known to food critics and gourmets for more than 20 years, and is the recipient of several awards of excellence. He chose Ayr to open his café, bar and brasserie, in a simple and friendly atmosphere. His credo? Eating well doesn't have to be expensive. So he makes sure that his customers enjoy their food at a low price. His dishes draw their inspiration from Mediterranean, local and international cuisine.
